TOLGA.SI is an independent software application developed and operated by Tolga (accessible at https://tolga.si). The platform functions strictly as a self-serve Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) programmatic rendering engine that transforms structured business files (spreadsheets, CSV/XLSX tables, and internal KPI matrices) into animated motion graphic video briefings.
The platform is NOT an agency, consulting firm, or freelance design service. Customers acquire software pipeline access and digital render credits to execute automated batch jobs on our proprietary rendering cluster.
2. Software Pipeline Setup & Verification Workflow
To ensure that video templates adhere accurately to client brand specifications and data schemas, each workspace follows a structured software configuration process:
- Software Setup Fee ($250): Unlocks workspace configuration, data schema mapping, custom motion graphic layout styling, and technical onboarding support.
- Automated Prototype Rendering: The software engine compiles a sample 9:16 teaser video directly from the client's initial sample data for validation.
- In-App Client Certification: Clients review the sample video directly inside our video console. Once certified by the user, the recurring batch rendering queue is unlocked for ongoing automated dispatches.
3. Deterministic Graphics & Zero Deepfakes Policy
TOLGA.SI does not provide unconstrained generative media or synthetic deepfakes. Our rendering pipeline is strictly deterministic:
- Numerical Ingestion Only: Video scenes are compiled from programmatic motion graphics, kinetic charts, dynamic tables, and approved corporate assets.
- Strict Prohibition on Deepfakes: Generating synthetic human faces, unauthorized likenesses, or public figure simulations is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service.
- Zero Consumer Spam: The platform is designed exclusively for verified B2B operations, corporate reporting, and agency client updates.
4. Sovereign Data Isolation & Zero Public Model Training
We treat corporate operational data with uncompromising security:
- No Public Model Training: Client spreadsheets, metrics, and rendered videos are NEVER used to train, tune, or evaluate public machine learning models.
- AES-256 Storage Encryption: Uploaded spreadsheets and rendered assets are stored in isolated encrypted file vaults with strict per-user access control.
- Mutual HMAC Worker Authentication: Our rendering workers communicate via signed HMAC tokens with dynamic IP verification, preventing unauthorized external access.
